He posses a 20 plus years experience in the Tourism Industry around the country with strong emphasis in the Mid Pacific Central Region. Thus, easing his venture in Real Estate approximately 10 years ago.
His first development, Pacific Sun Estates Condominiums, is standing proof of his successful management skills. Pacific Palms Condominium & Resort, his second High End Beach Resort Community, currently under development, highlights his unquestionable analytical and growth directing abilities.

 Michel Trejos Neurohr
Acting as Sales & Marketing Manager. Has had a 20 plus year experience in the Tourism Industry throughout the country. His working experience has mostly been orientated towards the service and sales areas, where he has occupied diverse management positions. His quick learning abilities and his unconditional pro customer service principles facilitated a swift transition into the booming Real Estate Business.
Begun working for the Company over two years ago and has proven his directing abilities in the area through the swift and successful positioning in the market of both Developments.
As well, he has been acknowledged through the same international business organizations in the following fields: Master In Marketing & Business Management and Quality Manager through the World Organization of Businesses & The Latin American Quality Institute respectively.
 Erick Sanchez
Acting as Property & Rental Manger. As well, with a vast experience in the Tourism Industry and native of the surrounding area, he has occupied previous management positions in the service and sales area of this commercial activity.
His vast knowledge of the area and his well established connections provide the missing ingredient towards the successful development and growth of his assigned responsibilities.
